C. Ringle, P.E., P.S.

Engineer
|
Dean C. Ringle, P.E., P.S., is presently serving as your Franklin County Engineer, having been appointed in
June 2000 and then elected
to his first four-year term in November 2000. He has
been with the Franklin County Engineer’s office since 1981.
Dean received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and his Bachelor of Science in Surveying from The Ohio State University and is a registered
Professional Engineer and
Professional Surveyor in Ohio.
Dean's experience with the Engineer's office includes roadway and bridge
design and in-field construction, surveying and
mapping the county utilizing GPS and computerized GIS,
and overseeing the development of our highway map and road atlas.
Dean also brings to the office a solid reputation in the engineering and
surveying community through his professional
associations. They include:

Voinovich in 1996, re-appointed by Governor Taft in 2000, and has served as Board
